摘要
学术评审一般采用委员会决策,其决策模式可分为黑箱评审、学术公审、双盲评审三种。当前学术评审中的委员会决策存在种种弊端,需要从评委遴选、学术证据审查、评议投票规则运用和监督程序设置四个方面加以完善。
Decision\|making of academic evaluation is generally conducted by committees, and its models can be roughly divided into shady evaluation, public academic evaluation and mutual\|anonymous evaluation. The present practice of academic evaluation has a lot of limitations. Thus, we should improve from the four aspects of the selecting of committee members, the examining of academic evidences, the performing of voting rules, and the procedure\|setting\|up of supervision.
