摘要
合成了醚型聚氨酯厌氧单体,讨论了合成反应的温度控制,进行了催化剂的选择,有效地控制了支化等副反应的发生。研究了有机过氧化物、胺、肼、金属离子络合剂等在促进胶液固化与稳定贮存中的作用,认为过渡金属元素在厌氧胶的氧化还原引发体系中起催化作用,在有机胺,肼与过氧化物和过渡金属离子间存在严密的平衡情况下,厌氧胶才能达到稳定贮存与快速固化的矛盾统一。优化配方得到的厌氧胶固化后具有较好的低温柔性、抗冲击性能和耐介质腐蚀性,体现了聚氨酯的优越性能。
In this work, a PU - anaerobic adhesive was synthesized. For prevent from the by - reaction, the reaction temperature and the catalysts were best selected. Results showed that when the proportion of the organic peroxide, amine, hydrazine and chelating agents kept in balance, the adhesive could be stored stably for a long time, cured rapidly as it acted with metal ions to form a surface- initiated redox polymerization, had higher flexibility and anti - corrosion
