有机过氧化物和利福平氧化还原引发体系研究 被引量:1

摘要 利福平(简称 Rifan)分别与过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)和过氧化月桂酰(LPO)组成的氧化还原引发体系,能在较温和的条件下引发烯类单体聚合,形成控释给药药膜,从而避免了在剧烈条件下聚合成型可能导致药物结构受破坏,又可避免一般含小分子胺的氧化还原引发体系的引入.实验证明:BPO—Rifam、LPO—Rifam 体系的活化能分别为45.9 kJ/mol 和48.2 kJ/mol(40~60℃),低于纯(?)体系的活化能;且 BPO—Rifam 体系能在40℃温度下引发烯类单体聚合,形成控释药膜,该药膜体内相容性良好. A new type of redox initiator—drug/peroxide initiator was described,which can be applied in controlled drug delivery system.This system,was very good for developing peroxide-heterocyclie tertiary amine redox system.Kinetics of pelymerization of MMA initiated by BPO-Rifampin(Rifam) and LPO-Rifam was investigated.We Used BPO-Rifam to initiate comonomers HEMA-MMA and obtained a drug-membrane.Polymerization was carried out at 40℃.Some in vitro test on drug releases were carried out.We also studied the in vivo drug release and.biocompatibility of the drug membrane toward tissue.Mistological examinations were made on surrounding tissues.
