周期性机械拉伸对人肺上皮细胞增殖的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为了研究周期性拉伸应变对人肺上皮细胞DNA合成的影响 ,应用流式细胞术对拉伸应变下的细胞增殖动力学变化进行了分析。结果表明 :在应变为 15 % ,频率为 2 0次 /min、4 0次 /min的拉伸刺激下 ,在 2 4h ,正常人支气管上皮细胞H72 7的增殖活性指数明显降低 ,细胞的DNA合成受到显著抑制 ;4 8h后 ,人肺腺癌细胞A5 49的增殖活性明显降低 ,且拉伸时间越长 ,抑制作用越强。提示周期性拉伸应变抑制人肺上皮细胞的增殖。 Using flow cytometry, the effects of cyclic mechanical strain on DNA synthesis of normal human bronchial epithelial cell line H727 and human lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549 were studied. The results showed that the celluar proliferative index reduced significantly after H727 cells were subjected to 15% elongation at frequency 20 cycles/min or 40 cycles/min for 24 h. Similary, the A549 cells celluar proliferative index reduced significantly after 48h exposure to 15% elongation at requency 20 cycles/min or 40 cycles/min. It is concluded that cyclic mechanical strain inhibited the proliferation of human pulmonary epithelial cells.
