摘要
本文研究了三元混晶A_xB_(1-x)C中的Wannier激子与LO-声子的作用,导出了有效哈密顿量,在x=0,x=1的极限下它能完全蜕化成相应的二元晶体的有效哈密顿量,在大半径的情况下,对弱束缚的Wannier激子的基态能,束缚能,激子半径等参量以Al_xGa_(1-x)As为例进行了计算.
The interaction of Wannier excitons in ternary mixed crystals Al_xGa_(1-x)As with two branches of LO- phonons is studied.The effective Hamiltonian of Wannier exciton is given.And the operators are equivalent to those of binary crystals for x=0,x=1.In the limt of weak coupling,the ground-state energy,the binding energy and exciton radii are calculated for Al_xGa_(1-x)As with different composition x.
