摘要
本文用变分法导出了三元混晶A_xB_(1-x)C材料中的强束缚极化子2S态和2P态能量表达式以及对K_xRb_(1-x)C1材料作了数值计算,在组分x=0(?)和1时,得出的结果与相应的二元晶体——BC和AC的结果完全等价。
In this paper, the excited state energies of the bound polaron in ternary mixed crystal A_xB_(1-x) C are derived by variational method. The values of the energies are calculated numerically for K_xRb_(1-x)Cl. At the limits Of x=0 and x=1, the results derived here are equivalent to the results for corresponding binary crystals—BC, AC.
