摘要
应用精液常规分析(SFA),精子尾部低渗肿胀试验(HOS)和去透明带地鼠卵穿透试验(HOP)对15名能宵男性和15名不育患者的精液样本进行了综合检测和相关分析。能育组SFA参数异常者占20％,不育组SFA参数正常者占27％;精子尾部低渗肿胀率在能育组与不育组间无显著性差异(P>0.05);精子穿透率和受精指数在两组间差异非常显著(P<0.005,P<0.001)这表明HOP试验用于男性生育力的评价是一种较为准确,可靠的手段。本文还对各实验参数间的相关关系进行了分析和讨论。
Using routine semem analysis(SFA), human sperm hypoosmotic swelling test (HOS) and the human sperm zona-free hamster ova penetration assay (HOP), the sperm samPles from 15 fertile and 15 infertile men were assessed in order to evaluate the reliability and accuracy of three kinds of methods. 20% of the fertile men with the abnormal SFA values and 27% of the infertile men with the normal SFA values were observed. The difference of sperm hypoosmotic frequences between the fertile and infertile men was not significant (P>0.05), but the penetration rates and fertilization index were statistically different between fertile and infertile men (P<0.005, P<0.001). The results suggested that HOP assay could be used as a more reliable and accurate method to evaluate male fertility. The correlation among some experimental parameters were disccused.
