摘要
对45例经手术病理证实的肾上腺病变作 B 型实时超声检测,并与 CT、X 线检查及互补检查作比较。超声检查敏感度为93.2%,CT 为94.7%,X 线为62.5%;超声+CT 互补检查能使诊断敏感度提高达100%,而超声+X 线和 CT+X 线检查敏感度上升不明显。另对本组肾上腺病变图像特征及图像鉴别进行了分析,认为仔细观察和认识肾上腺疾病的图像特征,对提高其分类诊断率有重要价值。
The present article reports the Ultrasonic diagnosis of adrenal diseases in45 cases.All of them were confirmed by operations and pathology.The unitedapplication of Ultrasound and CT,Ultrasound and X-ray,CT and X-ray,thesensitivity of Ultrasound,CT and X-ray was 93.2%,94.7% and 62.5%,res-pectively,the complement comparison of them found that the diagnostic sensi-tivity increased to 100% by Ultrasound and CT,and the rest showed nosignificant increase in sensitivity.The analysis of image differentiation andthe image feature proves careful observation and recognition of their imagefeature are of important value in increasing classified diagnostic rate ofadrenal diseases.
