以人外周血淋巴细胞微核(MN)为指标对甘草水提液进行了抗变实验研究,结果与我们以C_(57)品系纯种鼠的骨髓细胞姐妹染色单体互换(SCE)为指标所得的结果基本一致:甘草水提液具有明显的抗变作用。
The anti - mutation research of Glycyrrhiza Vralensis Fiseh have been made, with the micronucleus in peripheral blood lymphocyte of human body as the index. The result is the eame as that of the research we made with the sister chromatid Exchange (SCE)in C57 pure mice marrowy cell as the index. Glycyrrhiza Vralensis Fisch possesses the function of arti - mutation.
