摘要
要本文用人外周血淋巴细胞SCE为观察指标。对四君子汤及其各单味药进行检测,结果表明:四君子汤及单味人参、党参、白术、甘草有明显抗变效应。
The authors deal mainly with the Peripheral blood lymphocyte of human body in vitro and still thought its sister chromatid exchange (SCE) as a sign of antimutation. The result indicates that there is similarity between in vitro and in vivo and that the effect of antimutation of Sijunzitang, etc. is interchangeable.
