摘要
实验表明,六味地黄汤对正常小鼠除使其附睾明显增重外,对其它性器官及附性器官重量均无明显影响。对幼年去势大鼠附性器官重量也无明显影响。而能显著增加氢化可的松造型小鼠的性器官及附性器官重量。使鹌鹑、幼年大鼠及小鼠的精子数量大幅度增加。显著增加雄性鹌鹑的交配能力。明显降低大鼠肾上腺中Vc及胆固醇含量。
The esperiments show that Liuwei Dihuang Pill(LDP) is of insignificant effects either on weights of sex organs and accessory sex organs in normal mice, except for obvious increase of epididymis weight or on weights of accessory sex or- gans in castrated rats. But it can markedly increase the weights of sex organs and accessory sex organs in mice model by hydrocortisone. LDP considerably increase the sperm count in quails, mice, and young rats, significantly strengthen the mating potency in male quails and markedly reduce the contents of vitamine C and cholesterin in adrenals in rats.
