摘要
荷S_(180)肉瘤小鼠腹膜腔内注射银耳孢糖(TSP)200mg/kg·d×/d。在第3、5和7天注药后40分钟干荷瘤局部照射X射线5Gy。TSP和照射都能明显抑制肿瘤生长;二者合用的抑瘤率在停药后1、5、10天比照射组提高50.00%、32.52%、6.54%。TSP能提高荷瘤小鼠特別是受照鼠的脾重、脾有核细胞数和胸腺细胞~3H-TdR自发掺入率,并拮抗受照后NK细胞活性的下降。
Sarcoma 180 tumor cells were transplanted to subcutaneous tissue of the right hind leg of C57BL/6 mice. On day after transplantion, TSP was injected ip 200mg/kg per day for seven days. Mice in the group treated with TSP plus irradiation of local tumor (TSP + LI) were irradiated with 5 Gy X-ray for 40 minutes on 3rd, 5th and 7th day of TSP therapy. Marked tumor growth inhibition (TGI) effect was found in TSP-group or LI-group, being much more remarkable in the TSP + LI group. On d1, d5, and d10 after termination of the treatment, TGI rate of. TSP + LI group surpassed that of the group LI by 50.00%, 32.52%, 6.54% respectively. Moreover, TSP could also promote the immunity of tumor-bearing mice, especially in irradinted mice. It could increase the number of nucleated splenocytes, the weight of spleen, and the ~3H-TdR spontaneous incorporation rate of thymocytes. At the same time, it could also antagonize the decrease of NK cell activity on irradiation.
