摘要
研究了不同类型水稻矮秆品种在苗期对 GA_3的反应.结果表明,与拔节期喷雾的结果一致,具sd-1基因的矮秆品种的苗高对 GA_3的反应敏感;携带与 sd-1非等位矮秆基因的粳稻材料的苗高对 GA_3的反应,既有敏感也有钝感,比较复杂。此种苗期鉴别将可作为简便、快速鉴定新矮秆基因的方法.用此法分析了从海南征集的15个籼型矮秆品种,发现其中的闷考开、闷见山路和门代考可能带有与 sd-1不等位的矮秆基因.
The response of seedling height to gebberellic acid(GA_3)at seedling stage in rice dwarf vari-eties was studied.The results indicated that,similar to that in shooting stage,the varieties bearing“sd-1”dwarf gene were sensitive to GA_3 treatment,on the other hand,not all of japonica varieties carrying otherdwarf genes were non-sensitive to GA_3treatment.By this method,15 semidwarf varieties selected fromHainan Province were analyzed,and 3 of them(Menkaokai,Menjianshanlu and Mendaikao)werenon-sensitive to GA_3 treatment and probably carried new dwarf genes non-alletic to“sd-1”.
