摘要
目的 :评价微波结合鼻中隔矫正术治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法 :应用微波结合鼻中隔矫正术治疗常年性变应性鼻炎 6 7例 ,对照组 2 5例仅作鼻中隔矫正术。结果 :患者术后症状和体征均明显改善 ,3个月后实验组和对照组显效率分别为 98.5 %和 72 .0 %,有效率为 1.5 %和 2 8.0 %;1年显效率分别为94 %和 6 8%,有效率为 6 %和 2 0 %;2年显效率分别为 91%和 5 2 %,有效率为 9%和 2 0 %。两组差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 :微波结合鼻中隔矫正术治疗常年性变应性鼻炎可获得较好的疗效。
Objective:To evaluate the efficiency of microwave combined with correction of deflected septum in treating allergic and perennial rhinitis.Method:67 cases in the test group were treated by microwave combined with correction of deflected septum, 25 cases in control group, correction of deflected septum only.Results:The effectual and effective rates of 3 months in test group were 98.5% and 1.5%,in control group were 72% and 28%; of 1 year in test group were 94% and 6%, in control group were 68% and 20%;of 2 years in test group were 91% and 52%,in control group were 9% and 20% with significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:Microwave combined with correction of deflected septum is effective in treating allergic and perennial rhinitis.
