摘要
目的探讨聚焦超声技术治疗慢性单纯性鼻炎和慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法 210例慢性鼻炎患者,包括125例慢性单纯性鼻炎患者和85例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者,采用聚焦超声技术治疗,患者就诊时双侧鼻腔各治疗1次,3个月后复诊重复治疗1次。结果治疗6个月后,200例有效,10例无效,总有效率为95.2%,慢性单纯性鼻炎组有效率高于慢性肥厚性鼻炎组(P<0.05);治疗12个月后,192例有效,18例无效,总有效率为91.4%,慢性单纯性鼻炎组有效率仍高于慢性肥厚性鼻炎组(P<0.05)。结论聚焦超声技术治疗慢性鼻炎对黏膜表面损伤小,基本上保留了黏膜的正常生理功能完整性,患者痛苦少,近期疗效和远期疗效好,能有效缓解患者鼻塞症状,安全性高,可以获得与传统治疗方法相当的疗效,对治疗慢性单纯性鼻炎疗效更好。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of high intensity focused ultrasound （HIFU） in treating chronic rhinitis. Methods The patients were divided into the chronic sinus rhinitis （CSR） group and the chronic hy- pertrophic rhinitis （CHR） group. There were 125 patients in the CSR group and 85 patients in the CHR group. All were treated with HIFU at the first time and agin on three months later. Results Followed up on 6 months and 12 months, the total effective rate on 6 months and 12 months was 95.2% and 91.4% respectively, which was signifi- cantly different between the CSR group and the CHR group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion HIFU can protect physiologi- cal function of the nasal cavity in some extent, and it capably ease paining.
