摘要
目的 :探讨红景天皂苷对蛋白质及脂肪代谢的影响。方法 :用高脂肪饲料和基础饲料喂养Wistar大鼠 ,测定蛋白质消化率、生物价、脂肪消化率和血脂。结果 :红景天皂苷能够降低实验动物对蛋白质和脂肪的消化吸收率、蛋白质生物价以及高脂膳食动物的血脂。结论
Objective:To study the effects of Rhodosides on protein and lipids metabolism. Methods:The female Wistar rat were fed with high fat diet and basic diet; the net digestibility and biological value of protein, digestibility of fat and plasma lipids were tested. Results: Rhodosides could lower the digestibility of dietary protein and dietary fat , biological value of protein and the plasma lipids in animals fed with high fat diet. Conclusion:Rhodosides not only could have effects on protein metabolism in animals fed with basic diet and high fat diet, but also have effect on lipids metabolism in animals fed with high fat diet.
