摘要
本文介绍了80年代国内外微机辅助网络计划技术的发展状况,并预计了90年代在中国的发展方向。文中指出,80年代的主要成就是用微机进行网络图的逻辑设计及绘制,用计算机代替了手工设计和绘制网络图这一费时费力的工作,大大提高了计划工作的效率。90年代,这一技术将在以下5个方向上发展:(1)发展完善的动态的网络计划管理系统;(2)实现微机辅助流程图自动生成;(3)实现微机辅助作业周期和费用生成;(4)实现微机辅助网络计划系统与办公室管理信息系统的结合;(5)发展计算机集成项目管理系统。文中还介绍了在80年代发展的一些典型软件的主要功能。
This paper presents the development of microcomputer aided network planning technique (MCANPT) in China and abroad in 80's and forecasts the developing direction in 90' s. It is indicated that in 80's the outstanding achievement in the development of MCANPT is the success in designing and drawing the network diagram by using microcomputers. This progress makes it possible to replace the trouble and time-consuming manual work by the computer and greatly increases the efficiency of the planning work. The paper forecasts the successful development in 90's in the following directions: (1) developing management system with perfect dynamic control, (2) realizing the microcomputer aided automatic construction of a flow chart, (3) realizing the microcomputer aided automatic generation of activity duration and cost, (4) combining the management information system of the planning office with the network planning system and (5) developing computer aided integrated project management system.In the paper the main functions of some typical softwares developed in 80's are presented.
