辐射对前列腺增生组织中TGF-β1表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨前列腺增生组织中转化生长因子β1 (TGF-β1 )的表达以及β射线内照射对 TGF-β1 表达的影响。方法 应用免疫组织化学法检测 9例正常前列腺 (NP)、1 5例增生前列腺及 35例实施 90 Sr/ 90 Yβ射线照射后前列腺增生组织中 TGF-β1 的表达。结果  NP上皮和间质细胞中TGF-β1 阳性细胞率分别为 68.2 %± 1 0 .5%、2 9.7%± 4.6% ;BPH上皮和间质细胞中 TGF-β1 阳性细胞率分别为 64.8%± 9.3%、2 8.6%± 4.1 %。应用 90 Sr/ 90 Yβ射线内照射后 4、7、1 5d后前列腺上皮和间质中 TGF- β1 阳性细胞率明显升高 ,差异有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论  TGF- β1 是导致前列腺增生的重要因子 ,β射线能改变前列腺组织中 TGF- β1 的含量 ,促使前列腺细胞发生凋亡。 Objective To investigate the expressions of TGF β 1 in benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) and the effect of β rays on TGF β 1 Methods The expressions of TGF β 1 were studied by means of immunohistochemical method in 9 normal prostatic tissues and 15 hyperplastic prostatic tissues and 35 hyperplastic prostatic tissues treated with 90 Sr/ 90 Y prostatic hyperplasia applicator Results The expression of TGF β 1 in epithelia and stroma of normal prostatic tissues was 68 2%±10 5% and 29 7%±4 6%,while it was 64 8%±9 3% and 28 6%±4 1% in hyperplastic prostatic tissues Compared with the control group,the expressions of TGF β 1 in epithelia and stroma of BPH treated with 90 Sr/ 90 Y prostatic hyperplasia applicator increased significantly ( P <0 01) Conclusions STGF β 1 may play an important role in the regulation of prostatic apoptosis and the treatment of β rays can accelerate the apoptosis of prostatic tissues
