摘要
随着环境问题的日益突出 ,实行环保产业化有利于环保事业内部管理的全面创新、提高环保效率和效益。环境保护产业化就是遵循市场机制的运作规律 ,实现环境保护市场化 ,但是环境产业由于具有公共性特征 ,存在市场失灵现象 ,实行产业化有特殊性。对不同产业 ,市场运作方式不同 ,市场化的程度也应有别。政府在环境产业市场化中应发挥重要的保障作用。
Environmental problem is getting more and more serious, so the implementation of environmental protection industrialization is advantageous to all-round innovation in the internal management of environmental protection, which will help to bring about the improvement of its efficiency and benefit. To be exact, environmental protection industrialization is environmental protection marketing complying with the operation discipline of the market mechanism. But the environmental industry has specialties for its publicity and disorder of market .As for different industries, the market operation manner as well as the degree to marketing is different. Also our government should provide effective assurance in the marketing of the environmental industry.
