摘要
经济增长与环境协调发展的关系密切 ,我国环境质量伴随工业发展逐渐下降 ,并呈加剧恶化之势。在维持经济的快速增长的同时 ,应注意日益严重的生态环境问题 ,采取切实可行的措施 ,防止生态环境的进一步恶化 ,以利于我国经济持续、健康、快速增长。为此本文提出了发挥政府作用 ,加强环保执法 ,促进环境保护产业化 ,发展生态农业等政策建议。
There is a close relation between the economic growth and coordinating development of environment.In China with the developing of industry,the environmental quality is becoming lower and worse.When keeping rapid growth of economy,increasing problems of ecological environment should be paid attention to and practical measures should be taken in order to prevent ecological environment from becoming worse and promote the sustamed healthy and ragid growth of our country's economy.Therefore the paper put forward some policy proposals to strengthen enviromental protection by law,promote industrialization of environmental protection and develop ecological agriculture.
