摘要
对杨木水泥刨花板的物理力学性能与主要工艺参数——密度、木灰比、水灰比、添加剂及添加量的关系作了研究。结果表明,密度(D)对板材性能影响最大,木灰比(W/C)次之,水灰比(W1/C)最小;板材的主要性能如MOR、MOE、IB同密度、木灰比、水灰比的关系,可用方程Y=a0+a1D+a2(W/C)+a3(W/C)2+a4(W1/C)+a5(W1/C)2表示;在各种添加剂中,以氯化钙的效果最好。
The relationships between the physical and mechanical properties of wood cement particleboard made from poplar and the technological parameters: density, wood/cement ratio, water/cement ratio, additive and additive′s amount were studied. The results showed that among the density, wood/cement ratio, water/cement ratio, density had the largest influences on board′s properties; wood/cement ratio was the second, and the water/cement ratio had the least. The board′s properties such as MOR, MOE, IB could be described by density (D.), wood/cement ratio (W/C), water/cement ratio (W_1/C)with the following equation, Y=a_0+a_1D+a_2(W/C)+a_3(W/C)~2+a_4(W_1/C)+a_5(W_1/C)~2. Among the three additives, the results of adding. CaCl_2was the best.
