摘要
ＣＰＢ生产中原辅材料的质量包括水泥的品种、树种、化学助剂的种类等直接影响水泥刨花板的质量，为寻找一种简单、快速、有效的评估方法及相应的装置，可在生产前对原辅材料进行适应性检测。研究结果表明：水泥－木屑混合物的最高水化温度ΔＴ及到达这一温度的时间Δｔ可以做为评价原辅材料适应性的指标。
The quality of raw materials for cement particle board(CPB)production,including ce-ment,wood species,and chemical additives ets.,directly affects the quality of cement particleboard.The purpose of the study is to develop a simple,fast and effective method and device in or-der to evaluate and examine adaptability of raw materials for CPB production. The results showedthat two parameters of cement-wood mixture,max. hydration temperature ΔT and time requiredfor reaching the temperature Δt could be used as an index to estimate adaptability of CPB materi-als.
