摘要
采用问卷调查法、访谈法、文献资料法等研究方法,对江苏省县级业余体校部分教练员的成就动机情况进行调查与分析,认为县级体校教练员有着较强的事业心,以高层次需要为主,但对业余训练工作意义的认识不足,提出完善教练员激励机制、调整县级业余训练发展战略等建议。
By applying questionnaires,interviews ,document review,etc.the researchers of this paper have investigated and analyzed the accomplishment motive of some coaches working in county amateur P.E.schools of Jiangsu Province.The result of the analysis shows that the coaches have quite strong devotion to their work and take the need of excellent sportsman as their central task.However,they attach a little im-portance to the significance of amateur training.To the existing problems ,the researchers offer such propos-als as improving and perfecting the inspirational principles,readjusting the strategy of amateur training,etc.
