摘要
“金牌教练”是我国体育人才队伍中的优秀群体,其成功经验和成才规律值得探索。通过文献资料调研、问卷调查法、访谈法等对我国竞技体育乒乓球、跳水、体操、射击、羽毛球等优势项目“金牌教练”成才的特殊内在因素、外部环境因素、成才途径以及创造性实践进行了探讨,初步归纳了金牌教练成才的基本规律。
Gold medal coaches were the elite group in our sports talented team. Their success experience and regularity was worth to discuss. Through using the method of literature, questionnaire and interview,this paper made discussion on special internal factors and external environment factors of talented gold medal coaches from some advantage events such as table tennis, diving, gymnastics, shooting and badminton. At the same time, the basic regularity of their success was summarized.
