摘要
我国《九年义务教育音乐教学大纲》(以下简称《大纲》)经过重新修定,于2001年1月出台。与此同时,《全日制义务教育音乐课程标准(实验稿)》也于2001年7月问世。以上文件的出台与实施,意味着我国基础音乐教育步入一个崭新的发展阶段。面对基础音乐教育的改革,高师音乐教育如何寻求一种符合基础音乐教育需求的发展道路,是应该关泣的焦点和思考的问题。文章在学习基础音乐教育教学大纲及国家音乐课程标准的基础上,谈基础音乐教育改革对高师音乐教育的几点启示。
The paper explores how music education in teachers' colleges seek for the ways for development to meet the demands of elementary music education in China and it also touches upon the significances of the National Elementary Music Education Syllabus and the National Standards for Musical Courses for the reforms of music education in teachers colleges.
