摘要
经济法的基本价值是经济法理论中的一个基本问题,它与别的法律理论一样,由经济基础决定并服务于经济基础,它必须与当代经济社会的发展相协调。首先介绍了研究经济法价值的必要性和曲折性;接着阐明了确立经济法价值的理论预设:确立过程中需遵循的原则,法律与经济基础的关系,不同的经济法价值理论;最后指出经济法的基本价值在于经济价值。
The basie value of Economic Law , which is dominated by the economic foundation and serves for it , consistent with other legal theories , should be regarded as one of the most important basie problems in theory and adapt to the development of modern economy. This article begins with the necessity and hardship of studying the value of economic law,then illustrates the preface to theory in defining law: rules to be obeyed, the relation-ship between law and economic foundation, different ideas on the value of economic. The article finally draw a conclusion that the basie value of economic law lies in economic value.
