摘要
从适应信息技术发展的要求出发 ,介绍了培养研究生“五种能力”的规范化教学方法 ,以全面推进素质教育。
This paper offers a kind of scientific education system which trains students to become capable persons.In order to suit the development of information technology,the authors present the method of training students to possess strong capability so as to promote the quality education thoroughly.
