摘要
分析了某型塔类压力容器铜—钢复合板筒体与紫铜接管组焊的可焊性和容易出现的焊接技术问题及产生的焊接缺陷 ,并介绍了防止焊接缺陷产生的工艺措施及焊接生产该结构的工艺方法。通过合理地选择焊接材料、焊接方法、加工方案等措施来解决此类铜—钢异种金属材料压力容器结构的焊接及提高焊缝强度、密封性。
The weldabitity for copper steel-clad shell with copper pipe in tower pressure vessels was analyzed,include welded joints construction and copper welding technology, the procedures which prevent weld defects. To deal with such dissimilar materials welding problems, suitable welding material and appropriate welding procedure were discussed, which can improve welding stress, tightness, anti-corrosion and welding qualify.
