摘要
城市化和信息化是两个性质不同但又密切联系的社会发展过程,城市化是整个社会信息化的基础,信息化是城市现代化的重要组成部分。文章从理论上探讨了城市化与信息化的关系,分析了中国的城市化与信息化进程,并提出信息化与城市化的协同发展是中国社会经济发展的必然选择。在此基础上,提出了现阶段推进中国城市信息化进程的发展战略。
Urbanization and informatization is two processes with different property. Urbanization is the foundation of informatization, and informatization is an important part of the modernization of the urbanization. The paper discusses the relation between urbanization and informatization, analyzes the stage of urbanization and informatization, and point out that integrating urbanization and informatization is necessary for China to span in economy development. Based on these, the paper puts out the stratagem of informatization of the urbanization.
