摘要
根据高技术企业绩效形成过程和影响因素建立了高技术企业绩效评价的指标体系,并选取一个典型的高技术企业对该指标体系进行了实际验证。结果表明,本文提出的指标体系及评价方法能够客观、准确地反应企业的真实情况,对企业的绩效管理具有指导意义。
According to the formation and influencing factors of the hightech enterprise performance,an index system of hightech enterprise performance assessment is established and a typical hightech enterprise is selected to validate it.The index system and appraisal in this paper can respose facts of hightech enterprises,which have a significance on performance management of hightech enterprises.
