摘要
介绍了两种采用BP网络实现模拟电路交流故障字典的方法,主要目的是提供一种简单的机制,能够对模拟电路进行智能诊断。合理大小的ANN能够实现对受容差影响的模拟电路故障的智能诊断。用白噪音法介绍了优选样本的具体方法和如何产生白噪音。此外,还简略介绍了多频测试法。
This paper presents three methods of analog AC fault dictionary using BP network in order to provide robust diagnosis of analog fault diagnosis using a simple mechanism. Network of reasonable dimension are shown to be capable of robust diagnosis of analog circuit including effects due to tolerances. White noise method show the specific method for optimally selecting training patterns and white noise generator , a good test signal generator closer to the goal of built - in self - test. In addition, there is a brief presentation of multiple frequencies method.
