摘要
介绍了现有的动态模拟电路故障特征提取方法,概述了网络分析法、频率特性分析法、节点电压灵敏度分析法、Volterra频域核提取法等动态模拟电路故障特征提取方法的发展现状并总结了其研究成果,并对各种方法的基本原理和优缺点进行了分析探讨。结合电路故障诊断的发展过程和趋势,指出了动态模拟电路故障特征提取的研究和发展方向。
This paper introduces the existing dynamic analog circuit fault feature extraction methods and summarizes the re- search achievements and present development situation of dynamic analog circuit fault feature extraction methods: network analysis, frequency characteristic analysis, node-voltage sensitivity analysis method and Volterra frequency-domain kernel coefficient method. Furthmore, the characters of each method are discussed respectively. The research and develop directions are pointed out at the last of this paper.
