单纯膀胱内注射不结扎输尿管制备急性肾盂肾炎大鼠模型 被引量:7

An Experimental Model for Ascending Acute Pyelonephritis Caused by Escherichia Coli in Rats without Ligating Ureters

摘要 作者采用不结扎单侧输尿管、单纯膀胱内注射一定量(106/ml、108/ml)大肠杆菌O111B4的方法,成功制备了急性肾盂肾炎大鼠模型。研究结果发现,这种模型病理改变相对较轻,不会出现明显化脓灶,但急性肾盂炎症过程典型。同时,这两种浓度诱导的病变类似,两侧肾脏炎症程度也未发现有显著差异。 Experimental ascending acute pyelonephritis was produced in rats by injecting 0.5 ml of 106/ml or 108/ml Escherichia coli O111B4 into the urinary bladder via. without unilateral ligation of the ureter. Results of the research showed the pathologic changes of kidneys were not so serious and no purulent were found, but the process of inflammation was typical. Two groups of the Escherichia coli O111B4 all could produce acute pyelonephritis and did not show any side preference.
