摘要
目的:观察热淋清颗粒对感染性肾盂肾炎大鼠模型的影响。方法:大鼠肾实质内接种大肠埃希菌ATCC-25922,制做大鼠细菌性肾盂肾炎模型,分为热淋清52.32,26.16 g.kg-1组,氟哌酸(0.03 g.kg-1)组及模型组,同时设正常对照组(未感染细菌者),观察其对尿液中的白细胞数、糖、尿蛋白、隐血、酮体、胆红质以及尿胆原的影响。结果:大鼠灌服热淋清颗粒(头花蓼浸膏粉)6.0 g.kg-1(折合生药量为52.32 g.kg-1)与模型对照组比,给药后能显著减少尿液中的白细胞数量及隐血,但对尿液其他生化指标没有明显影响。结论:热淋清颗粒对大鼠细菌感染性肾盂肾炎,具有显著减少尿液中白细胞数量及隐血的作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of Relinqing granules (powder of Polygonum capitatum extract) on the bacterial pyelonephritis model in rats. Method: The rat bacterial pyelonephritis model was induced by injecting the escherichia coli ATCC-25922 into kidney parenchyma. The rats were divided ramdamly into Relinqing groups(52.32, 26.16 g·kg^-1), norflorin group (0.03 g·kg^-1), model group and normal control group, and were given experimental drugs by gastrogavage. The contents of leucocytes (WBC), occult bloo (BLD), glucose (GLU), protein (PRO), ketones, bilimbin and urobilinagen in urine were determined. Result: As compared with the model group, Relinqing granules 6 0 g·kg^-1 (crude drug 52.32 g·kg^- 1 ) could decrease significantly the contents of WBC and BLD in urine and, however, bad no markedly effects on the other biochemical parameters of urine. Conclusion: Relinqqing granule has significant effects of decreasing urine WBC and BLD on the bacterial pyolonephritis in rats.
