摘要
在反倾销案件中,出口国企业和进口国企业间的价格竞争是进口国企业发起诉讼的主要原因。本文通过对寡头垄断企业间的价格竞争(Bertrand竞争)分析,对反倾销的两种结果:征收反倾销税和中止协议(主要是价格承诺),进行了评估。最后作者提出建议:价格承诺是企业遭受反倾销诉讼时的一个较优策略选择。
In antidumping, price competition between output and input country's companies is the main reason for input country's companies to sue. In this paper, author analyze the price competition between oligopoly (Bertrand competition ). There are two outcomes: imposition of antidumping duties and suspend treaty(mainly priceundertaking). we evaluate the two outcomes and give a piece of advice, priceundertaking is preferential strategy in antidumping.
