摘要
对于信任问题的关注反映了社会转型期信任资源的匮乏,匮乏就意味着危机。信任危机所造成的不良后果已然在社会的各个层面、各个领域中表现出来。信任危机的消除与信任关系重建是一项系统工程,必须从"德治"和"法治"的高度出发,从体制改革入手树立起信用型政府的形象,逐步建立制度化的社会信用体系,强化公民对社会共同体价值观的认同感,从而促进社会政治、经济与文化等诸系统的协调与发展。
The focus on the problem of trust has reflected the scarcity of trust resource during social transformation and scarcity mean crisis. Bad effects resulting from trust crisis can be found in every aspect and every field of the society.The elimination of trust relationship are the systematic project.To accomplish this project,'rule by the virtue'and 'rule by the law'are firstly emphasized,and credible government is to be built through system reform,Institutional system of credit is also to be build and the citizens recognition of common value system of society should be enforced,therefore the systems of politics,economy and culture can be prompted and developed harmoniously.
