摘要
目的 观察黄芪精对小儿反复呼吸道感染 (RRI)者免疫功能的影响。方法 2 0 3例RRI患儿随机分为两组 ,对照组 76例予以常规治疗 ,观察组 12 7例在常规治疗的基础上予以口服黄芪精 2个月治疗 ,治疗前后分别测定患儿T细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白及补体等变化情况。结果 两组总有效率分别为 85 .82 %和 4 2 .10 % ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,观察组的疗效优于对照组。观察组免疫学指标CD3 ,CD4,CD4/CD8,IgG ,IgA及IgM均明显升高 (P <0 .0 1或 0 .0 5 ) ,CD8较治疗前明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 黄芪精能增强RRI患儿的免疫功能。
Objective It is to observe the immunologic effect of astragalus essence oral liquid on infantile repeated respiratory infection (IRRI). Methods 203 case of IRRI were divided into two groups at random. The control group were treated with routine therapy. The treatment group were treated with astragalus essence oral liquid based on routine therapy for two months. T cell subgroup, immunoglobulin and addiment were determined before and after treatment. Results Total effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 85.82% and 42.10% respectively. The therapeutic efficacy in treatment group was significantly higher that in control group. In treatment group, immunologic indexes such as CD_3, CD_4, CD_4/CD_8, IgG, IgA and IgM increased significantly ( P <0.05 or 0.01) while CD_8 decreased ( P <0 05). Conclusion astragalus essence oral liquid can strengthen immunologic function in IRRI.
