摘要
研究了数控车削实体仿真的关键技术,即数控车削实体螺纹的构造、双刀架镜像加工的实现和NC车削宏指令加工的处理。采用组斜环法动态构造实体螺纹,增强了螺纹车削加工的真实感效果,并可以识别螺纹旋向,支持变螺距和多头螺纹加工仿真。给出了双刀架镜像加工的镜像判别算法,定义了宏指令的数控车削仿真变量和函数,为双刀架镜像加工的实现和宏指令的处理提供了分析方法、实现流程和算法。
Solid simulation of NC lathe machinlng isthe key subject in the research of CAD/CAM. The paperdescribes mainly the key technologies of solid simulationof NC lathe machining, including construction of solidscrew thread,implementation of mirror machining andtranslation of Macro codes. The theory of the dynamicconstruction of solid screw thread is presented, and amethod, called group--lean--cirque, is raised to con-struct solid screw thread dynamically, thus improving its3D view, distinguishing its revolving direction, and sup-porting the simulation of the screw thread with variablepitch or multi--thread. An algorithm is given to determi-nate mirror machining and its flow, and also to deal withthe variables and functions of the translating of Macrocodes.
