摘要
介绍了以W indows2000为开发平台,以VC++6.0为开发工具,采用OpenGL开发了三维数控车削仿真系统。该系统可对工件进行仿真加工,并将加工过程显示在屏幕上。通过对数控程序的碰撞和干涉检验,能够提高工件的加工表面质量,减少刀具的磨损。
This paper exploites a three-dimensional NC machining simulation system by using OpenGL,which is based on Windows 2000 as development platform and on VC++ 6.0 as development tool. The system can process the workpiece simulatively and display the relevant machining process on screen. It can improve the machining surface quality of the workpiece and reduce wear of the tool through checking collision and interference of NC programme.
