抗栓Ⅰ号对不稳定性心绞痛血小板活化的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 观察抗栓Ⅰ号治疗冠心病不稳定性心绞痛 (心血瘀阻型 )的临床疗效及对血小板活化的影响。方法 临床诊断为不稳定性心绞痛 (心血瘀阻型 )患者 5 0例 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,每组各 2 5例。对照组 (阿斯匹林组 )用常规治疗方法 ,包括阿斯匹林 ,治疗组 (抗栓I号组 )以常规治疗方法加用抗栓Ⅰ号 ,不用阿斯匹林 ,观察临床症状、P选择素 (P-selectin)、D二聚体 (D -D)的变化 ,并与治疗前对比。结果 临床有效率抗栓Ⅰ号组为 84%,阿斯匹林组 6 4%,P <0 .0 5。P选择素和D二聚体 2组治疗后均明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但组间比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 抗栓Ⅰ号治疗不稳定性心绞痛 (心血瘀阻型 )具有较好的临床疗效 ;抗血小板活化是其可能的作用机制。 OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Kangshuan No. 1 on the activation of blood platelet of patients with unstable angina pectoris (syndrome of obstruction by heart blood). METHOD 50 patients diagnosed as unstable angina pectoris (syndrome of obstruction by heart blood) were divided into a treatment group of 25 patients treated with Kangshuan No. 1 and a control group of another 25 patients treated with aspirin. RESULT The effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 84% and 64% respectively (P<0.05). The level of P-selectin and D-dimer in both groups dropped markedly (P<0.05) but with no marked difference between them (P>0.05). CONCLUSION Kangshuan No. 1 is effective in treating unstable angina pectoris (syndrome of obstruction by heart blood), the mechanism of which is probably related to its effect in prevent activation of the blood platelet.
