摘要
本文通过建立ABC-抗酸联合染色法,观察B细胞对BCG的吞噬现象。并以BCG刺激自身T细胞增殖为指标,探讨B细胞对BCG的递呈作用及与SmIg和MHCⅡ类抗原的关系。结果表明,特异性B细胞较非特异B细胞有较强的吞噬、递呈BCG的能力。这种作用与具特异性的SmIg有密切的关系。另外,T细胞对B细胞递呈抗原决定簇的识别受MHC限制。本文就B细胞这一生物学功能在免疫应答中的意义进行了讨论。
ABC-Acid fast combined stain method was establelished for detection the phagocytosis of B Lymphocyte to BCG particles. Also the presentation of BCG by B cell and its relationship with B cell s SmIg and MHC Ⅱ antigens was investigated. The results showed that by comparing with normal B cell,the BCG specific B cell had an enhanced ability to phagocytose and present BCG particles. This enhanced ability had a close relationship with its specific surface Ig (SmIg).The T cell recognition of the particulate antigen determinants presented by B cells was restricted by MHC.The significance and biological function in immune response of B cell as antigen presenting cell was disscused.
