摘要
以紫外光(254nm)为光源,研究了氰氟草酯及其活性代谢产物氰氟草酸(ACID)在不同水溶液中的光化学降解。结果表明:氰氟草酯及ACID在pH5.0的缓冲溶液和pH6.8的去离子水中易发生光解,丙酮的存在对氰氟草酯及ACID的光解有延缓作用。通过GC-MS和HPLC鉴定了氰氟草酯及ACID光解后的部分产物,从而推测了其可能的光解途径。
Under UV light (254 nm), the photogradation of cyhalofopbutyl and its ACID in various aqueous solutions were studied. In pH 5.0 buffer solution and deionized water, the photolytic rate were more rapid than that in acetone aqueous solutions. The photolytic products of cyhalofopbutyl and its acid were determined by GCMS and HPLC. The possible photolytic pathways of cyhalofopbutyl and its ACID in aqueous solutions were also discussed.
