摘要
采用顺序提取法,分别用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、丙酮、乙醇、水6种溶剂对辛夷进行提取。结果表明:去离子水的提取率最大,为12.06%;石油醚次之,为9.63%。采用生长速率法和孢子萌发法分别测定了辛夷6种顺序提取物对黄瓜灰霉病致病菌的菌丝生长和孢子萌发的抑制效果。结果表明:辛夷6种顺序提取物对灰葡萄孢菌的菌丝生长和孢子萌发均有抑制作用,且对菌丝生长的EC50基本小于1 000 mg/L,对孢子萌发的EC50均在1 300 mg/L以上,说明辛夷各溶剂提取物对菌丝生长的抑制效果均优于孢子萌发;石油醚、氯仿和去离子水提取物对菌丝生长和孢子萌发的EC50分别为372.15 mg/L和1 318.92 mg/L,229.84 mg/L和1965.50 mg/L以及845.44 mg/L和4 321.80 mg/L。
Using petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate, acetone, ethanol, deionized water to gradational extract violet magnolia. Result showed that the extracted rate of deionized water is the largest,which is 12.06%. The next is petroleum ether which is 9.63%. The inhibitory effects of 6 kinds violet magnolia (petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate, acetone, water) gradational extracts on hyphae growth and spore germination of bocrytis Cinerea Pers. pathogen were studied with growth rate and spores germination methods. Results showed that 6 kinds solvent gradational extracts had significant antibacterial effects on hyphae growth and spore germination of pathogen. The EC50 of 6 kinds solvent gradational extracts on hyphae growth is lower than 1 000 mg/L, which is higher than 1 300 mg/L on spore germination. Indicate that the inhibited effect on hyphae growth was superior to spore germination of 6 kinds solvent gradational extracts. The EC50 of petroleum ether, chloroform and deionized water extracts on hyphae growth and spore germination is 372.15 mg/L and 1318.92 mg/L, 229.84 mg/L and 1 965.50 mg/L, 845.44 mg/L and 4 321.80 mg/L respectively.
