摘要
本文依据模糊数学理论提出了对烧结矿烧结终点在线进行判断的模糊识别方法。用计算机对从烧结机机尾摄取的彩色图像进行处理,取得合理表征烧结终点的特征参数,构造模糊子集和隶属函数,通过计算海明贴近度大小,从而判断烧结矿烧结终点。
The article puts forward a fuzzy discriminating method for deducing the burning through point of sinter on-line according to the theory of fuzzy mathematics. The color image from camera is processed by computer and then a serial of reasonable parameters are obtained, from which fuzzy collections and functions are constructed. Comparing the results of the Herry Approach Function, the burning through point of sinter is deduced.
