摘要
针对烧结过程的生产实际 ,运用热辐射定律和图像处理技术 ,设计了在线推断烧结矿产量的系统 .为提高测量精度 ,采用了图像校正技术和线性回归模型 ,建立了温度与灰度的映射关系 .结果表明 ,所设计的在线推断系统 ,能有效地解决烧结矿产量的实时预报问题 .
Using heat radiation law and image processing technology,and according to practical sinterng process in production,a system of on line inference of sintering mineral production is designed,using image rectifying technology and linear regression model,and setting up the mapping relation between both temperature and grey model in order to improve the measuring precision.The experiment result indicates that the system can effectively resolve the problem of real time prediction of sintering mineral production.
