摘要
无论春播或夏播,棉花抗病品种根际真菌区系中对棉花枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.vasinfectum)具有抑制作用或较强抑制作用的种数和比例均高于感病品种。与感病品种各生育期相比,抗病品种根际真菌优势种对枯萎病菌的抑制作用也较强。抗、感品种的这种差异在2～3叶期和6～7叶期更为明显,现蕾后则明显减小。
Whether spring-sown or summer-sown the rhizosphere fungi species number and ratio in resistent cotton varieties inhibiting F. oxysporum f. sp. vasinfectum is more than that of susceptible ones, and the inhbition of rhizosphere fungi dominant of resistant cotton varieties is stronger. The difference of resistant and susceptible cotton varieties in 2～3 leaf-stage and 6～7 leaf-stage is more remarkable than that in square stage.
