摘要 褐稻虱酯酶同工酶酶谱模式为3条酶带。即A、B和C.取食感虫稻种的具有A、B和C3条酶带;取食抗虫品种的只具B和C2条酶带;取食中抗品种的只具A和C2条酶带.不同抗性水稻品种对褐稻虱体内酯酶酶带的变化有明显的影响作用. The esterase zymograms of brown planthopper showed typically three bands, bands A, B and C. There were three bands A, B and C in the esterase zymograms of brown planthopper feeding on susceptible varieties, only two bands B and C in the esterase zymogram of brown planthopper feeding on resistant varieties, and also two bands A and C in the esterase zymogram of brown planthopper feeding on middle resistant varieties. The above results indicate that there are obvious effect of the rice varieties with different resistance on the zymograms of the esterase isozyme of brrown planthopper.
