摘要
学习动机是促使学习者产生某种学习行为的内在或外在驱使力。教师只有在充分了解受教者的心理需要、认知能力和社会需要后,采取灵活多样的教学手段,积极探讨适合高职类学校外语教学的教艺、教法,才能真正激起学生的内部学习动机,产生良好的教学效果。
Motivation refers to the kind of driving force in human beings, either internal or external. Only when teachers in vocational colleges become fully aware of learners?psychological and social needs and adopt flexible and effective measures can they succeed in creating, boosting and maintaining students?motivations in language learning.
