摘要
ERP是20世纪90年代初出现的一种新型管理软件,它以企业供应链为指导思想,能够对企业管理过程中的所有环节进行有效的监控。ERP的实施不仅仅是一项IT项目的推行,同时也意味着企业管理思想的根本转变。只有提高企业人员素质,加强ERP项目实施的管理,才能促进ERP的有效实施,提高企业管理质量。
ERP is a new type of management software that rose at the beginning of the 1990s. Guided by enterprise supply chain theory, ERP can carry on effective control of all the links in the process of enterprise management. The implementation of ERP is not merely the promotion of an IT project, it also indicates a substantial change of business administration concept. So improving personnel quality and strengthening the management of ERP project are important for the effective implementation of ERP and the improvement of business administration.
