员工心理资本与工作绩效的关系研究——领导成员交换的中介作用 被引量:7

摘要 本文在员工心理资本与员工工作绩效关系的基础上,构建了领导成员交换的中介模型,并用实证的方法给予检验。对206份问卷的分析结果表明,员工心理资本与员工工作绩效正相关,领导成员交换与员工的工作绩效正相关,领导成员交换在员工心理资本与员工工作绩效之间起到部分中介作用。
